At last warmer weather is on the horizon, and if you are anything like me your mind has gone to planning holidays, outings and activities. Summer is all about being outside and having fun, but is it that easy to stay fit and healthy while indulging with friends and family? Your escape doesn’t have to be the end of a healthy lifestyle. You can still relax, recharge and enjoy yourself while maintaining health and fitness routines.
In hot weather, the risk of overheating and becoming dehydrated increases dramatically, so it’s important to take plenty of water with you whenever you are heading out of the house during these months. Add a splash of fresh juice for flavour or some slices of cucumber and citrus fruits to make it even more refreshing. Be creative!
Take Daily Walks
