Ingredients: Ethanol with 7% Essential Oils (Ethanol is alcohol, made from fermented grains or sugar, it evaporates to disperse the oils). Lemongrass: Uplifting, energising, boosts mood & helps to focus. Geranium: Aids concentration, de-stresses, uplifting & balancing. Neroli: Deep relaxation & promotes clarity. Lavender: De-stresses, soothes & helps insomnia.
